At Roxy’s Rod and Reel, we take pride in delivering your fishing dips safely, affordably, and efficiently—no matter where you are in South Africa. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, what it costs, and how we protect your order.

📦 Delivery Options

We offer three convenient shipping methods:

1. Pep PAXI – Budget-Friendly Collection

  • Cost: R60 flat rate

  • Delivery Time: 7–9 working days

  • How it works: We send your parcel to your nearest Pep store. You’ll receive an SMS when it’s ready for collection.

2. Aramex Store-to-Door – Convenient Nationwide Delivery

  • Cost: R100 flat rate (up to 2kg)

  • Delivery Time: 2–3 working days

  • How it works: We drop your parcel at Pick n Pay or Checkers, and Aramex delivers it straight to your door.

3. Courier Guy – Premium Door-to-Door Service

  • Cost: R120 flat rate

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 working days

  • How it works: Direct courier delivery to your home or office.

Collect Option

  • Free Option.

  • Pick Up address will be arranged privately.

  • Location for collection: East Rand.

🛡️ How We Package Your Order

Your dips are bottled in 50ml glass bottles, so we take extra care to protect them:

  • Each bottle is wrapped in bubble wrap for cushioning.

  • Boxes are lined with void fillers (kraft paper or packing peanuts) to prevent movement.

  • We use sturdy corrugated cartons sized for 1–12 bottles.

  • Every parcel is sealed with strong tape and marked FRAGILE.

We’ve tested our packaging with real deliveries to ensure your dips arrive safely and intact.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly for rural or outlying areas.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
