    • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • Non‑returnable items: For safety and freshness reasons, opened dips, custom blends, or discounted clearance items cannot be returned.

    • Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
